Everblack Orders Platform — Effective Date: April 26, 2026
By accessing or using the Everblack Orders Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Everblack Orders is a web-based order management platform enabling vendors to manage product catalogs, receive store orders, and process invoices. Access is granted on a per-account basis to authorized users only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may not share login credentials with unauthorized persons. Notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized account use. Everblack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
You may use the Platform solely for its intended purpose: submitting, managing, and reviewing product orders and invoices. You may not access other users’ accounts, reverse engineer the Platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, code, and functionality is the exclusive property of Everblack. No rights are granted other than the limited license to use the Platform as described herein.
The Platform may integrate with QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Everblack is not responsible for third-party practices.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Everblack does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everblack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Everblack may modify this Agreement or terminate access at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
