Everblack Orders Platform — Effective Date: April 26, 2026
We collect usernames, business names, email addresses (when provided), and encrypted passwords. We collect order and invoice data submitted through the Platform including delivery dates, quantities, and item details.
We use collected information solely to operate the Platform, process orders and invoices, send transactional emails, and secure accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on secured private servers. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing (scrypt). Session data is protected using encrypted cookies. Access is restricted to authorized administrators only.
QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.): If you connect QuickBooks, we store an OAuth access token to act on your behalf. We never store your QuickBooks password. Your QuickBooks data is governed by Intuit’s Privacy Policy.
Email: Confirmation emails and invoices are sent via SMTP. Email addresses are used only for transactional communications.
We use session-only cookies to maintain login state. They are not used for advertising or tracking and are not shared with third parties.
Order and invoice records are retained for the duration of the business relationship. Account data is retained until removed by an administrator.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the app.
This Platform is intended for business use only and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
